Setting a target of 100% saturation of all individual beneficiary schemes Kashmir Divisional Commissioner Pandurang K Pole to address officers while reviewing the implementation of Individual Beneficiary Based Schemes (IBOS) and schemes sponsored at the central level (CSS) in a meeting with officers from different departments, here.

The meeting was attended by department heads and representatives from various departments including health and family welfare, social welfare department, horticulture, entrepreneurship development institute, employment J&K, Kashmir Rural Development Department, Sheep Husbandry, Industries and Commerce, H&H, ULB, FCS and CA, School Education. , Animal Husbandry, Colleges, Agriculture, Fisheries, NRLM, CEO of Dy Khadi, Tribal Affairs, Kashmir Health Services, Rural Sanitation and Divisional Nodal Officer, J&K Bank.

On occasion, Div Com has asked all departments to hold workshops for Department Heads, District Officers and Tehsil Officers on Program Guidelines in two weeks time.

Further, he insisted on them to work out the details and guidelines of the sponsored schemes centrally to these agents by employing the services of resource persons so that the benefits reach the people.

Div Com has also impressed by publishing beneficiary oriented individual plan content in addition to displaying details on dashboards and hoarding for mass awareness regarding the plans.

While reviewing the goals achieved by different departments, Div Com instructed relevant officers to expand the scope of programs and increase the number of beneficiaries to achieve one hundred percent saturation.

Further, he instructed the officers present to upload the details of all beneficiaries on the official websites so that anyone can access and assess the nature of the benefits and the effectiveness of the schemes.

He insisted on reporting and addressing any constraints encountered in the implementation of any CSS.

Meanwhile, he gave separate instructions to departments to double physical and financial spending targets and reach as many people as possible.
